Computing Reserach Repository (CoRR)
CoRR is a free open access archive for thousands of articles in fields related to computer science. It was established through a partnership of ACM, Cornell's arXiv, and the Networked Computer Science Technical Reference Library. You can find some of the most recent research and data here, but articles are not refereed or peer-reviewed.
Computing Reviews
An online service providing expert, unbiased reviews of current publications in computing. It is produced by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
CiteSeerX
A search engine and digital library of computer and information science literature that conducts research to help improve dissemination of scientific literature. It is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.

The FAITS database offers several different report types including technology tutorials, marketplace overviews, product and service selection guides, product and company profiles, and directories.
IEEE Xplore Digital Library This link opens in a new window
The premier database for research in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science and related disciplines. IEEE Xplore includes access to over 4.5 million full-text documents, including IEEE journals, magazines, conferences, and standards, as well as IET journals, magazines, and conferences with a backfile to the late 1800s for select titles.
